Release Form

Our insurance requires that every visitor completes a Roanoke Ranch for Kids release form, regardless of the nature of your visit, once per calendar year.

If a child is brought by someone who is not their legal guardian, the ranch must have a current release form completed (upon their arrival) by the child's parent/guardian in order for him/her to participate in any ranch activity.

Blank release forms are available at the ranch during hours. Or, click here to print and fill out our release form in advance. Please sign and bring all pages of the release form with you.
